What Are Cookies?

  • Cookies are small text files stored on your browser or device when you visit a website.
  • They allow websites to remember information about your visit — like whether you're logged in or what your preferences are.
  • Cookies can be 'session cookies' (deleted when you close your browser) or 'persistent cookies' (stored for a set period).

Third-Party Cookies

  • Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to track website traffic and usage. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Meta Pixel: We use the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram ads. See Meta's data policy at facebook.com/policy.
  • Razorpay: Payment pages served by Razorpay may set cookies to process transactions securely.
  • BigBlueButton: Live classes use BigBlueButton which may set session cookies for the duration of the class.

How to Manage Cookies

  • Browser settings: Most browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies via Settings > Privacy > Cookies.
  • Opt-out tools: You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • Meta opt-out: Manage ad preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences.
  • Note: Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in and using the platform.

Cookie Retention

  • Session cookies are deleted automatically when you close your browser.
  • Authentication tokens expire after 30 days of inactivity.
  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) persist for up to 2 years.
  • Marketing cookies persist for up to 90 days.
