Overview

  • EduLanz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. aims to provide a fair and transparent refund process.
  • This policy applies to all paid courses and workshops purchased on EduLanz.
  • Free course unlocks earned via XP milestones are not covered under this policy and are non-refundable.

Course Refunds

  • Full Refund (within 7 days): If you have not accessed more than 10% of the course content, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • Partial Refund (8–14 days): If you have accessed 10–50% of the course, a 50% refund may be issued at EduLanz's discretion.
  • No Refund (after 14 days or >50% accessed): No refund will be issued once 14 days have elapsed from purchase or you have consumed more than 50% of the course.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Workshop Refunds

  • Before the workshop starts: Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • Within 48 hours of workshop: No refund, but you may transfer your registration to another upcoming batch (subject to availability).
  • If EduLanz cancels or reschedules: You are entitled to a full refund or a complimentary slot in the next available batch.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation by EduLanz

  • EduLanz reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes, workshops, or hackathons due to technical issues, insufficient registrations, or instructor unavailability.
  • In such cases, you will receive either a full refund or a credit to your EduLanz wallet, at your choice.
  • EduLanz will notify you at least 24 hours in advance wherever possible.

Non-Refundable Items

  • XP-unlocked courses (earned through leaderboard milestones) — these are free rewards, not purchases.
  • Contest registration fees (if any) — no refunds after registration closes.
  • Platform subscription plans (if introduced in the future) — governed by separate terms.

How to Request a Refund

  • Email team@edulanz.com with your registered email address, order ID, and reason for the refund request.
  • Alternatively, use the Contact Us form on our website and select 'Course / Workshop Support' as the subject.
  • Our team will respond within 2 business days.

Dispute Resolution

  • If you believe a refund decision is incorrect, you may escalate to team@edulanz.com with the subject 'Refund Dispute — [Order ID]'.
  • All disputes are subject to the laws of India and the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
